About Paws and Whiskers

To increase public awareness of the availability of high-quality adoptable pets by using technology. We at Paws and Whiskers strive to help improve the overall effectiveness of pet adoption programs to the extent that the euthanasia of adoptable pets is eradicated.

There are many pets and animals out there that desperately need loving forever homes. Some have been abandoned, some lost and others rescued from a life of abuse and neglect. Our mission is to create awareness of the plight of these animals and to do our best to find these animals a forever loving home.

There are many great organisations that provide shelter and love for these animals and they need the support of the public and the authorities. Our aim is not to detract from the work they do, but to rather promote and create awareness of the great work they do.

The site is primarily for people who are either looking for a pet or animal to be able search the database by breed, area or various characteristic's, find a supplier of services, get useful information, search our archive of articles from industry leaders, register a lost or found pet or just browse.
